To guarantee quality service and reliable shipping, we offer tracked delivery solutions with La Poste and Mondial Relay.
Carriers & Security
We chose Colissimo, La Poste's delivery service, for its reliability, predictable delivery times, and the security offered by signature confirmation. Your package is delivered directly to you (or to an authorized person) to minimize the risk of loss or theft. For shipments requiring faster delivery, we offer an express option via Chronopost, depending on the destination.
Each shipment benefits from full tracking, both in France and internationally. For deliveries outside France, a local partner carrier may take over, while generally ensuring continuous tracking until delivery.
We also offer delivery to relay points or lockers via the Mondial Relay network in mainland France.
Delivery zones
We ship to mainland France, overseas territories, Europe and internationally.
Some destinations may be temporarily unavailable, particularly due to logistical or regulatory constraints beyond our control.
Preparation & deadlines
All orders are prepared in France and shipped within a maximum of 48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery times are given as a guide only and may vary depending on the destination, the chosen delivery method and local transport conditions.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, a tracking number will be automatically sent to you by email.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated automatically when the order is validated, based on the weight of the package, the destination and the selected delivery method.
The exact prices and delivery times are displayed transparently at the time of payment, before your order is confirmed.
Some promotional offers may apply, including free delivery to a Mondial Relay collection point for orders of several items or more, when this option is available.
Customs & Liability
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs or import fees may apply according to the legislation of the destination country.
These costs remain entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

These incidents fall, where applicable, under the responsibility of the delivery service provider.
