In accordance with the applicable legal provisions (articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code), you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return.

Withdrawal procedure

Before returning any item, please contact us by email at contact@90oal.com, specifying:
- your order number
- the articles concerned
- the wish to exercise your right of withdrawal

We will respond as soon as possible with return instructions.

Return procedures

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
The return must be made using a tracked shipping method. Proof of postage with a tracking number must be sent to us by email.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and suitable for resale.

Refund

Once the returned items have been received and verified, we will process the refund via bank transfer within a maximum of 14 days. This period may be extended until we have received the items or proof of shipment.

The initial delivery charges (for the outbound shipment) are refunded only if the entire order is returned. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of an item being returned incomplete, damaged or obviously used, we reserve the right to refuse a full or partial refund.
