History
The season was marked by great instability, with three different managers (Gian Piero Gasperini, Claudio Ranieri, and then Andrea Stramaccioni). The club suffered a string of disappointing results in Serie A, finishing a modest 6th place, outside the Champions League qualifying spots. Eliminated in the Champions League round of 16 by Olympique de Marseille, Inter won no titles this season.
